Mark Starocci before I got new tires printed out 3 pages of tires that would fit my vehicle. I also had coolant changed. Mark mey me when I came in and we went over what I want done.

Customer Satisfation is worthless, customer loyalty is priceless. The singular transaction of a vehicle purchase is fleeting, but the service department is ongoing. Your service person Mark Starocci is a "rock star" and the reason I wil buy again and promote Hallman Chevy!!!

Super friendly staff from the get go. I was there as they opened for the day as my scheduled time was 7am. Everyone was very positive and engaged, making my drop off easy. I was offered a ride to work but I declined as I already had alternate transportation arranged, but it was greatly appreciated. Immediately after dropping my truck off I was getting alerts and a link to check status, also a personal message and employee name to reach out to for any questions. Always great service, staff work well together as a team.

So, I only gave 4 stars and here's why. We first took the car in for service December 31, 2025 for check engine light on. Ultimately, there were multiple problems that were found, but specifically 2 issues for the check engine light....totalling approx $2100. The car was beyond standard warranty coverage, but we had purchased an extended warranty at time of purchase from the same dealership(where this car was being serviced). They were unaware of it...we had to provide the information to them.(why is that info not available in the computer to the same dealership when a vehicle comes in for repairs? Why did WE need to bring it up/find the information for them?) Luckily, the parts were covered under the warranty and were fixed. Then, just over 3 weeks later(Jan 2026), again, check engine light. This time we took the car immediately to them...they diagnosed the problem...problem covered under ext warranty AGAIN.....and so far so good. Very easy transaction the second time.

I am well pleased with the Service Dept at Dave Hallman Chevrolet. I got my inspection date turned around but Frank very graciously accommodated me rather than have to bring my car in again 2 days later. Frank also notified me that I was due for an oil change that could be managed after the inspection was completed. Dave Hallman's Service Dept is top notch-they are polite, respectful and get the job done right.

My truck came in running fine with manifold problems. That work covered by warranty,all good. I picked it up running terrible with 4codes showing and I had to pay $600 for plugs and wires to get it running right again. I wouldn’t expect the dealership to give me a free tune up but I think they could have done me way better justice than this. My truck is running good now and I bought it at Hallman but really doubt I’ll be back. It was also there for over a week.

1. Took 3 days to fix the issue because the wrong part was ordered. 2. Mechanic broke my spark plugs they were only a few months old before they were broken and I had to pay for the repair, they did give a discount on services for all the inconvenience, but obviously the mechanic needs to learn how to use a torque wrench the correct way and actually know the torque pounds required to put in spark plugs

I came in with a problem with my vechicle and didn’t have an appointment but they fitted me in and fixed my car. I was so grateful.

Was surprised at how quickly the car was picked up and towed to your dealership. Car is now running great. Only thing was the information screen was changed and I had to go back to have it set back to where it had been.

My High Country Tahoe's engine is under recall. During this last visit it had some "testing" completed which indicate it was ok and the oil was changed to a higher viscosity oil. I want to know exactly what testing was completed, the results of that testing, and what data indicates that a higher viscosity oil is required. Apparently something is wrong if a change in oil was warranted!

We actually just dropped the car off for body work. Having said that everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Got in and out for a yearly safety inspection, no emission, in a hour. Seems reasonable, although certainly not pit crew speed.

Someone ran a stop sign on Easter Sunday and hit me broadside in my two year old Chevy Silverado truck that I had purchased from Hallman. It was a rollover accident that resulted in a total loss for my truck, and my family and I all walked away from it with minor injuries. Sales Consultant Roger Myers kicked into gear right away when I called him, and I was in a new 2026 Chevy Silverado, almost exactly like my 2024, less than 2 weeks later. Thank you to Roger, the entire sales and finance team, and Chevrolet for building such a safe and terrific vehicle!

I’m still learning about the dash cam, the service, provided. That is on me to be comfortable with it. My question is: I initially brought my truck in, and it was unable to be installed the day I initially brought it in10/10/25. I had to bring it in again 10/17/25 to have it installed. As a courtesy, the agent said that I could have a free oil change. I had over 60% oil life, at the time, and opted to ask if I could get a voucher. The agent signed the back of his business card saying “free oil change”. Is this ok? It is not official by any means. Am I going to be hassled when I go to redeem it? It was hard enough trying to get the service desk to answer the phone,(6+ calls,2+voicemails), prior to scheduling and having the service performed to believe that this will be acceptable. I do not believe this acceptable, don’t want more issues and another trip to get it performed. Can I get an official confirmation I can get an oil change when needed?

The service tech Frank was helpful as always. Knows what services I'm due for and had the vehicle ready when I asked. The courtesy shuttle makes the whole process pretty seamless!

The appointment was very timely and I believe they did a thorough examination of the vehicle.

Since I was waiting for my car, they changed the oil, rotated my tires and it didn't take very long.

I had a new battery installed on my 2021 Chevy Equinox. Once I i got my car back - the check engine light went on. I called the dealership the next day and they told me to come in. They checked the error code and determine that during the replacement of the battery a sensor was not installed back correctly. They fixed and and the problem was resolved.

I had trouble making the appointment The person tried very hard to make me "walk in" . I never just walk in This time , I primarily wanted an oil change , but when I come in for service, I always ask Frank to check the computer to see if there is anything else recommend at this milage interval , and I always go out for breakfast then come back in an hour or so to pick my truck up . but soon as I mentioned "Oil Change" the scheduler insisted I walk in. So I did not make the appointment but followed up later on in the day. This time I just said I wanted the oil change and the other lookup to see if anything else was recommended and all seemed to go fine. Until I came in and Frank indicated that the appointment was tagged "Will drop off all day" I could not leave my truck all day.... I have been using Hallman's for my Chevy Truck service for decades ( this is my 5th Chevy Pick up ) they would always ask you right at the end of check in "do you need a ride or will you wait?" But now apparently they don't do that anymore . So my insisting to not leave it all day posed issue for my wonderful Service tech (Frank Lindstrom) It looked like he had to work put how to squeeze me in with all the "I will wait" customers that were already on the list.... Frank said " I will see what I can do As always , Frank did a great job and my truck was done in a short while after the oil Changers started at 8:00am So I will call Frank directly in the future so there are no "new procedures" or any other surprises that seem to occur when doing it online or calling in

My truck needed a lot of work that was thankfully covered under warranty. Mark is always great at keeping me in the loop as far as what needs done and the progress updates.

The service center gentlemen were professional and polite. The staffer that took my payment made me aware of my points, that was really great! Mike the shuttle driver was amazing. My only complaint is that an indicator came on in my car saying that my windshield fluid was low.

I scheduled a 120,000 maintenance online. When I got there the man who was at the service desk wasn’t helpful at all. He acted like he didn’t know I had an appointment or what services I was supposed to be getting. I showed him my email and all the checks that were supposed to be done. After about 2 hrs I checked out. I didn’t find out until after the fact he changed my appointment to a 3000 mile maintenance and oil change. When that wasn’t what I booked for. Due to his lack of competency. I will never be back at this location again. I understood my car has some issues but that was the purpose of my appointment to find out what was going and either fix it or look at buying a new car. But hey I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience with your automotive service technician Ed who worked on my truck. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the maintenance that was needed. The work was completed promptly, and my truck is running better than ever. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty throughout the entire process. It's not always easy to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but he went above and beyond to provide outstanding service and make sure everything was done right. Excellent service department.

Sitting and waiting 2 different days. The day I got the car I waited 3 hours to get into finance man Zach. 6:30 pm and I’m in a hurry a couple behind me. I signed for the extended warranty and then read it at home. Never heard the $3,000 dollars. Called Hall and said I’ll be down to take that off. No way did is see 0ver 3,000 dollars plus the rust proofing which I don’t want either. So another wasted day to sighn off and Zach didn’t give me a copy of them. I let Hall know and Zach was busy and he was supposed to email it to me and now I still don’t have it. I signed off the warranty on April 20. Nothing yet just wasted trips down there. Normally you sign something and you get a copy. Correct?? He just kept saying this will take awhile to go through. I let Widjet know everything that has happened. No Email yet on those declined extended warranty copies to me. I went through my sales guy. Hallmans has a bad name and boy they are right. I only got 9,500 for my trade in and I know it will go on a lot for alot more. Never again for me to go back and buy there!! Ms Mary Bemis
