I wanted my Traverse inspected but I failed it because of Dave Hallman wanting to replace the windshield wiper pump. I was told it would cost $384.00 plus tax to replace. When the temperature warmed up the windshield wipers are working. I am highly disappointed with the way this was presented. Times are too hard to have to sort thru this type of service. I will not be back.

Service was excellent,they were very fast. I waited for it ,and they were done before I New it. I would recommend there service to anyone.

I recently leased a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox from Hallman Chevrolet. My salesman, Scott Brown was very patient and accommodating during the process. Very satisfied and will definitely go to Hallmans when my current lease expires.

The problem is still continuing.. Abs light , reduced steering, info , losses power..

Always the best! I was hit by another vehicle earlier this year. I was terrified my truck would’ve been totaled. My truck is my baby so I was freaking out. I took it to Hallman’s, which is where I purchased it from in 2022. She is looking better than she did before. Special thank you to Mark in service, all the service guys who worked on the mechanical issues, Doug and Lisa in the body shop, and of course Hallman to begin with. I am so appreciative of you all for bringing her back to life!

In and out 2 hours

Scot was super friendly, knowledgeable & had us in and out in no time. The whole process was very smooth. I would buy a car from him again.

2 hours and 10 minutes for an scheduled oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. That is what my appt took. I guess my time is not worth this dealers concern. I won't be back.

I was very pleased with how quickly everything processed. The service could not have been better, and the salesman (Scott) could not have been more efficient. I even stopped in several times after the sale to ask my salesman some questions, and he was very glad to be of help...

I had an oil change and inspection done. The staff was EXCELLENT! Mark made sure I was taken care of which I really appreciated! He ALWAY makes sure of that!! Checking out was done by someone else(think it was Zachary)but he also did an EXCELLENT job! Again, making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend them!! EXCELLENT job!!

The service desk employee was extremely helpful and accommodating as he always has been when I was dealing with him. He assessed my vehicle problem, checked to see if he had the correct parts to affect the repair, and assigned a service technician to do the job and proceeded to get the work done in a timely and efficient manner at that time. It couldn't have been done in a more satisfactory and accommodating manner as far as I am concerned and I will continue to take my vehicle service needs back to Hallman Chevrolet's service department as a direct result of how I am treated and how well my vehicle needs are met!

Fairly painless overall. Waiting on accessories that were added onto the vehicle to arrive at the dealership. Other than that. All went well.

I asked if I could get my rear window wiper blade replaced, was told it had to be ordered. Still have not heard anything and it was May 6th when I asked.

Every scheduled maintenance is done on time and Zackery does a through job explaining what needs done.

The service needed was my state inspection, tire rotation, and a replacement for the windshield which was done third party but at the Hallman service department. My complaint was that the process of getting the windshield replacement taken care of was very complicated and difficult. I was told by the finance department that this could be taken care of by the service department of the dealership but they said that they do not repair or replace windshields. It took about a week to get everything straightened out. Apparently it was the first time the service department has dealt with the warranty I received upon purchase of my vehicle which is the main reason for the complication. I think overall, my experience with Hallman Chevrolet has been decent but so far dealing with repairs covered by warranties I paid for have been excruciating and almost leave me feeling like perhaps it isn't worth it in the future to pay for these warranties. It was a very long day, but I think I got everything done I needed to

My High Country Tahoe's engine is under recall. During this last visit it had some "testing" completed which indicate it was ok and the oil was changed to a higher viscosity oil. I want to know exactly what testing was completed, the results of that testing, and what data indicates that a higher viscosity oil is required. Apparently something is wrong if a change in oil was warranted!

I’m still learning about the dash cam, the service, provided. That is on me to be comfortable with it. My question is: I initially brought my truck in, and it was unable to be installed the day I initially brought it in10/10/25. I had to bring it in again 10/17/25 to have it installed. As a courtesy, the agent said that I could have a free oil change. I had over 60% oil life, at the time, and opted to ask if I could get a voucher. The agent signed the back of his business card saying “free oil change”. Is this ok? It is not official by any means. Am I going to be hassled when I go to redeem it? It was hard enough trying to get the service desk to answer the phone,(6+ calls,2+voicemails), prior to scheduling and having the service performed to believe that this will be acceptable. I do not believe this acceptable, don’t want more issues and another trip to get it performed. Can I get an official confirmation I can get an oil change when needed?

We actually just dropped the car off for body work. Having said that everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience. Frank took time and energy to make me feel comfortable during the inspection on my Trax.

Mark Starocci before I got new tires printed out 3 pages of tires that would fit my vehicle. I also had coolant changed. Mark mey me when I came in and we went over what I want done.

Customer Satisfation is worthless, customer loyalty is priceless. The singular transaction of a vehicle purchase is fleeting, but the service department is ongoing. Your service person Mark Starocci is a "rock star" and the reason I wil buy again and promote Hallman Chevy!!!

My truck came in running fine with manifold problems. That work covered by warranty,all good. I picked it up running terrible with 4codes showing and I had to pay $600 for plugs and wires to get it running right again. I wouldn’t expect the dealership to give me a free tune up but I think they could have done me way better justice than this. My truck is running good now and I bought it at Hallman but really doubt I’ll be back. It was also there for over a week.

Super friendly staff from the get go. I was there as they opened for the day as my scheduled time was 7am. Everyone was very positive and engaged, making my drop off easy. I was offered a ride to work but I declined as I already had alternate transportation arranged, but it was greatly appreciated. Immediately after dropping my truck off I was getting alerts and a link to check status, also a personal message and employee name to reach out to for any questions. Always great service, staff work well together as a team.

1. Took 3 days to fix the issue because the wrong part was ordered. 2. Mechanic broke my spark plugs they were only a few months old before they were broken and I had to pay for the repair, they did give a discount on services for all the inconvenience, but obviously the mechanic needs to learn how to use a torque wrench the correct way and actually know the torque pounds required to put in spark plugs
